Since 1973, Jurman Metrics, Inc. has been a recognized supplier of precision CNC and conventional machining services throughout the Eastern and Midwestern U.S.
JMI specializes in all aspects of part manufacturing from prototype to medium volume production, individual components to complete custom mechanical assemblies. High quality close tolerance components for the Semi-Conductor, and Analytical Instrument industries have been our specialty for the last 33 years. We also do general machining and prototyping for area inventors with the hope that their visions will become reality, and as their businesses grow we can grow with them.
Jurman Metrics 5000 square foot facility is fully air conditioned enabling us to keep machining tolerances tight, and our employees comfortable. This allows us to bring our customers high quality parts made efficiently as possible We are equipped with the latest CNC and conventional machine tools for the precise machining of all materials. Those materials include but are not limited to steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, high temp alloys, plastics, and machinable ceramics.
Jurman Metrics in house services include:
- CNC and conventional milling
- CNC and conventional turning
- Drilling, tapping and other secondary operations
- Jig and fixture design
- Brazing and welding
- Mechanical assembly
In addition, we offer complete parts finishing, this includes:
- Anodizing, colored and hardcoat
- Chrome
- Electroless Nickel
- Painting
- Teflon coating and other customer specified finishes
