CNC Turning Services
At Jurman Metrics, Inc., our state of the art facilities are equipped with six axis, live tooled turning centers, complete with part catcher. And, with the capability to manufacture up to 1500 parts for larger scale production runs, our superior CNC turning services have happily served the needs of diverse industries, ranging from dental, electronic, pharmaceutical, and food.
Upholding a (+/-) 0.001 inch precision tolerance, our advanced CNC turning equipment can process bar stock up to ten inches in diameter and twenty inches in length. And, we can operate on a wide variety of materials, including stainless steel, titanium, acrylic, and fiberglass reinforced plastics.
General turning equipment consists of 2 Hardinge HLVH Tool room lathes 1 Hardinge Chucker 1 Hardinge Conquest T42 turning center 1 Hardinge Quest 51 including "C" axis and live tooling 1 Hardinge 8 - 51 X, Y, Z, C, B axis turning center with live tooling and sub spindle
