At Jurman Metrics, Inc., our state of the art facilities are equipped with multi-axis, live tooled turning centers.   This allows us to reduce material handling while holding tighter tolerances on parts for larger scale production runs.  Our superior CNC turning services have served the needs of diverse industries, ranging from automotive and electro-mechanical to microlithography and scientific instrumentation.

Holding (+/-) 0.0005 inch tolerances our advanced CNC turning equipment can process material up to eight inches in diameter and twenty inches between centers.  We can operate on a wide variety of materials including low carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, brass, plastics, and machinable ceramics.

  • General turning equipment consists of:
  • 2 Hardinge HLVH Tool room lathes
  • 1 Hardinge Chucker
  • 1 Hardinge Conquest T42 turning center
  • 1 Hardinge Quest 51 including “C” axis and live tooling
  • 1 Hardinge 8-51 multi-axis turning center with live tooling and programmable sub spindle
